Accordi Musicali Academy - Saxophone and Clarinet
This summer 2024, as part of the inaugural edition of the Accordi Musical Academy, CMDI will be organising a series of masterclasses in the school of saxophone in the delightful city of Pescara on the coast of Adriatic Sea.
Running from the 27th to the 31st of July, various globally-esteemed stars within the saxophone world will be making their way to the Conservatory of Music Luisa D'Annunzio to lead the young practitioners in a journey of musical discovery. These maestros include amongst them such names as Hayrapet Arakelyan (Germany/China), Nicolas Arsenijevic (France), and Yang Tong (China).
Moreover, in addition to honing their talents, attendees will also have the chance to put their skills to the test, since the Academy will also be presenting a competition for saxophone and clarinet, allowing them to showcase their abilities alongside their peers as they go head-to-head for a series of prizes. Taking place from the 2nd to the 4th of August, this competition carries with it a total prize fund of €9000.
