Accordi Musicali International Classical Music Festival
Between September and November 2023, CMDI shall be organising the third edition of the esteemed Accordi Musicali International Classical Music Festival, which shall be returning for a third consecutive year due to popular demand and acclaim.
There will be twelve concerts being presented in Italy throughout its month-long duration, with the opening concert taking place on September 10th, and the grand finale being held on November 24th. For this year’s edition, the spectacular Teatro Goldoni in Livorno and Teatro Kursaal Bari shall be serving as the host venues for the entirety of the event, with Orchestra del Teatro Goldoni di Livorno and AYSO Simfony Orchestra providing captivating musical performances.
Some of the award-winning soloists who are set to headline at the festival include Fumiaki Miura, Boris Brovtsin, Alessandro Taverna, Nancy Zhou, Alexander Chauchyan, Julian Steckel, Denis Kozhukhin, Itamar Zorman, Anna Ulaieva, and Camille Thomas, while conductors Eric Lederhandler, Mario Menicagli, Nabil Shehata, Micha Katz, Vahan Mardirossian, Christian Schulz, Epifanio Comis, and John Warner are also set to take to the stage across the course of the event.
Working together, the musicians shall be presenting a varied and eclectic programme of seminal favourites combined with contemporary masters, interpreting music from the minds of Ludwig van Beethoven, Paul Dukas, Modest Mussorgsky, Jules Massenet, Dmitri Shostakovich, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Maurice Ravel, Sergei Rachmaninoff, and Composer-in-Residence Alexey Shor, to mention a few.
