‘Classic Piano’ International Piano Competition 2024
The third grand edition of the ‘Classic Piano’ International Piano Competition will be held in Dubai from the 4th to 26th February 2024, an event bringing together prodigious young performers from across the world in a spectacular display of musicality, tenacity and prodigious skill.
Following preceding stages in the USA, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Kazakhstan, Poland, UK, Armenia, China, South Korea, Japan, Israel and Spain as part of the framework of the renowned ‘14 ways to Dubai’ initiative taking place across 2022 and 2023, this final stage of the competition invites the top five ranked participants from each event to compete in the UAE’s most populous city for a total prize fund of €250,000.
The 2024 ‘Classic Piano’ International Piano Competition will be held over four rounds, with candidates required to perform a range of classical and contemporary repertoire.
Classic Piano represents an extraordinary opportunity for emerging talents, with the top prize of €150,000 including a ten-date concert tour with an honorarium of €50,000. All participants of the competition will gain the experience of having performed in one of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities, alongside other remarkable pianists in a shared celebration of artistry and friendship.
