ClaviCologne Festival
The 12th ClaviCologne Festival will be arriving in the wonderful city of Pescara, Italy, in summer 2025, for an unforgettable 5-day celebration of piano mastery, including a series of inspiring masterclasses and a riveting piano competition.
Taking place at the Conservatory of Music Luisa D'Annunzio from the 4th of August to the 12th of August, ClaviCologne 2025 will feature some of the most acclaimed pedagogues and professors in the contemporary music world, gathered together from more than 8 countries around the world for just this occasion.
Offering a series of masterclasses led by some of the most renowned pianists active today, ClaviCologne 2025 marks an unmissable opportunity for all young pianists to get a unique glimpse into the minds of these maestros. These masters include amongst their ranks such celebrated names as Pavel Gililov (Austria), Pietro De Maria (Italy), Marios Papadopoulos (UK), Stanislav Ioudenitch (USA) to name a few.
In addition to furthering their musical journey, attendees will also have the opportunity to put their newfound knowledge to the test, since ClaviCologne shall be presenting a two-round competition.
Open to applicants of all nationalities, provided that they are no older than 35 years of age at the date of the opening ceremony, this event will see the pianists putting forward a variety of pieces from across the spectrum of classical music, ranging all the way from the classical era right up to the contemporary.
