The Snow Queen Ice Show
On the 26th and 27th of August the stage of the Yerevan Figure Skating and Ice Hockey School will host a spectacular ice show based on "The Snow Queen" fairy tale by Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen.
The much-loved story follows the tale of Kai and Gerda... showing us love and friendship, loyalty and fearlessness, and how good triumphs over evil, with true friendship and true love proving to be the ultimate magic.

Gerda - Elisabeth Tursynbaeva (silver medallist of the World Championship, Kazakhstan)
Kai - Semyon Danilyants (two times Armenian Junior Champion, Armenia)
The Narrator - Maurice Kvitelashvili (bronze medallist of the European Championship, Georgia)
The Snow Queen - Albena Denkova (two-time World Champion, Bulgaria)
Troll - Maxim Stavisky (double world champion, Bulgaria)
Music - Alexey Shor
A colourful show set to the music of contemporary composer Alexey Shor, with the very latest in light and sound technology, circus stunts and aerial acrobatics, as well as original costumes and a specially written narration which will undoubtably leave behind unforgettable memories and experiences, not only to the youngest spectators in the hall, but to audiences of all ages.
